Yes. But not Pixels. Under Comic Life > Preferences - you can change settings there. You can choose inches, centimeters, millimeters, or points.
However, for the page size -- you enter the page size in pixels.

Once you have done that, then drop in your photo - and go to Format > Resize Image to Actual Size.
Then Export out at 72dpi.
But I'm still puzzled to as why my photos aren't the same size as originally imported into Comic Life.
This might be because you are using images that are not 72 dpi. A lot of cameras take shots at 72 dpi - so the above works.. let us know what dpi your camera uses.
