I think you want to use insert loop mode on the PC running Sonar which is your DSP slave to Logic. See page 4 of the PDF manual in the download. Basically this means you have a "before" instance of the Wormhole2 plugin in front of the audio plugin in Sonar. And similarly an "after" instance of the Wormhole2 plugin after or behind the audio plugin in Sonar. These create the loop or receive and send points for the audio coming from and going back to your mixer in Logic. Then in Logic, you simply have one instance of the wormhole plugin. This should appear in the Logic Plasq plugin menu as <name> - insert. Next I would think you could do a real-time bounce in Logic normally using all your plugins, though you may have to add some lead time to the start for the ethernet connection to get established before the audio starts.
