boris Visitor	lost my wok - 2005/04/25 02:04 hello. i create a comic with 1.0.1b 7 pages, and 12 hours work. but now, after the last correction i done, it's impossible to open the document. i try to double clic on it, try to open it from comiclife, try to open it with old versions (1.0 and 1.0.1) but nothing happen. my last correction was to change a word, and i have saved the document and export to image. But i export on tiff (for the first time), and it replace my old jpeg, and now, the tiff can't be open with Preview (but work with graphic converter). could you help me to rescue my work? If you need i can send you my document but 156MO. I hope we will find the reason of this bug thanks

This is a new event to me, so let's try to get this sorted out.

When you double click on the document, does anything happen? Are there any errors etc?

Same as when you try to open the file within Comic Life?

If you are on skype/ AIM then send us an email with your skype name. That could be handy to transfer the file to get this sorted.

Are any of the icons not working? Any other disk problems or any changes to the system recently?

The comiclife icon is on my document, and i've no trouble with my computer (I try to open it with my second mac and the problem is same). I send you my ichat name. thanks

A testfix is now available for your bug - you can download it here.

Somehow the thumbnail for the last page was corrupted causing the comic difficulty when reloading. The problem has been worked around and your comic should load - but the thumbnail for page 7 will be missing. It'll be regenerated the next time you make an edit to page 7.
