It can be done - it just needs a bit of setting up.
1. Create a page the way you want 100 frames.
2. Go to Page > Save as Template. Press the New Folder button - and create a new Folder (ie., My Templates). Then save the template in that newly created folder (name it something like '100').
3. Close Comic Life.
4. Reopen Comic Life.
5. Go File > Quick Comic...
6. Make the settings look like this (using my default examples):
(you choose) iPhoto Album
with the 100 Templates
and the (you choose) Stylesheet
using the (you choose) Page Format
Landscape/Portrait (you choose)
Then Press Create!
