CL 1.3.5 Question Marks in Explor - 2008/06/03 20:52
We have just purchased an authority wide license for comic life deluxe and installed it onto our windows xp computers. However we are having a problem when using the explorer option to search for images.
After a random amount of time the image thumbnails are replaced with a thumbnail with a yellow background and 3 question marks (see image attached). The only way to resolve this is to restart comic life but it then just happens again. We are using the latest version of comic life and all the computers have the latest windows updates. This has happened with images on our servers across a 1Gb network (to the desktop) and when using a external hard drive connected directly to the computer with a firewire cable.
Is there anything I am missing in the forum that can resolve the problem or is there anyone that can at least tell me why it is happening?.
