The great screen capture, annotation and sharing service has all grownup, left the plasq stables and become its own fully fledged company.
For users this change will not affect you in any noticeable way - skitch.com is still the main home and some of the same people are working on it but you'll be seeing big things coming soon!
If you have not tried out Skitch yet - give it a go... You're missing out!
This latest free update restores OS X 10.4 Tiger compatibility that broke with the recently released 1.5.1 update.
This update contains fixes from the previously released 1.5.1, which included several Snow Leopard compatibility fixes and a couple of other minor improvements.
As always, this update is also for the Deluxe version.
Please update from within Comic Life or from our downloads page.

Unfortunately, I have Windows..... and there aren't many good comic creation softwares so I use Comic Life Deluxe. CL is the best by far for people who just want to create comics for fun. However, there needs to be more functionality for folks (like me) who want to use this to professionally layout & letter comics for publishing. I honestly can't afford to go out & buy a MAC just to get a version of CL with better options. As it is now, I had to revert to drawing & lettering my balloons in Paintshop because the results in CL as it stands are pretty unprofessional.
Things to consider for a Windows Pro Version:
1. The ability to curve balloon tails. So many times the tails curve horribly or not at all. For professional results one must be able to manipulate the tail around existing art & curve it to point toward the character's mouth.
