Comic Life Magiq 1.1 for Mac!
A Comic Life Magiq for Mac 1.1 update has now been released.

This free 1.1 upate adds the much-requested ability to import Comic Life .comicdoc files.

It also has a few more Snow Leopard compatibility fixes we missed the first time and several other minor improvements.

KeynoteKen When you "SNAP" you're grabbing a white background that's harder to get rid of. Batter to simply select the text in Pages, COPY, move to Skitch, PASTE.



Then, in Skitch go to



Image -> Backgrould Color to Transparent.



Is there a specific reason you're using SNAP instead of copy/paste?
thirdspace For all you people used to graphics apps I'm sure this function is very straightforward - as a musician I don't really know how so a bit of help would be really useful. I would like to know how to set the background colour to transparent, and I see that is a function in Skitch. I would like to snap some text written in say Word or Pages, then make the white background transparent. Is that what this function can do? And if so, how? Many thanks.
