I use photos of building interiors quite a bit, and something I'd really welcome is the ability to use the Coreimage 'Perspective Transform' filter; at present, I have to run pix through Chocoflop first. Better still, the ability to alter the shapes of pictures in the way one can with lettering in Comic Life.
Off topic, I've just bought iGlasses to use with my iSight and was very impressed with the integration.
