Comic Life is great for sharing those funny little moments from school, in the office, or while on worldwide progressive-rock-legends tours.
Robert Fripp and Tony Levin have been sharing the day-to-day stories of touring within one of the most influential prog rock bands - on King Crimson’s 40th Anniversary Tour.
Ever wished you had the fun of Comic Life handy at all times? Ever been out at a party, family gathering or on public transport and wished you could add your 'comic touch' to a photo? Now you can!
We're giggling with glee to announce Comic Touch for iPhone and iPod Touch. Add various speech balloons and captions to your photos. Choose a fun special effect to warp and bend your family and friends, then email the results to them!

You didn't mention that you have to CROP in preview before saving. A little omission - no big deal. Skitch SHOULD export to jpeg on its own though, if not simply use jpeg by default, IMHO.

My son immediately wanted to use his creation as wallpaper so the feature would be nice to have.

Actually, there's a better solution listed in this thread.
By opening them as .skitch files, you have access to all the export abilities of Skitch. PLUS, you'll be able to store the files in the Skitch app, ready to export into other applications at a moment's notice.

I'd vote for that feature too. My daughter really wants to be able to email pictures she's composed to her friends.
Thanks for a great product!

A workaround for the moment could be to choose to "Print" and then, instead of actually printing, click Preview. Once you've got it open in Preview, you can export it as .jpg, .png or any of the other formats.

I'd like Doozla to have the ability to easily save/export a drawing as a jpeg, so it can be used in other programs. Kids at my school would love Doozla, but we'd like to be able to put their drawings into a word processor or something easily, so they can illustrate their stories/poems etc.
