Comic Life Magiq 1.0.2.1 update released
A free update for Comic Life Magiq is available for all users.

Identical to 1.0.2c in all but version number, which has been changed to ensure 1.0.2 users are made aware of the 1.0.2c update via the menu: Comic Life Magiq > Check for Updates...

This 1.0.2.1 update is recommended for all 1.0.2 users and fixes a serious saving issue introduced in 1.0.2 that caused images to be left out of the document.

If you're already running 1.0.2c (v10939) you can "Skip This Version".

Head to the plasq downloads page to get the 1.0.2.1 update or update from within Comic Life Magiq.

keith hi David,

I've sent Derek the Windows Installation guide -- but if you use our Support link (above) and send us a quick note we can send that out to you as well and solve any problems you might have in your schools particular setup.

Derek Miller Hi Chris

I also looked at this. I am unsure as to how you are copying all the files over but I presume its just with an xcopy type script.

to do this you need to ensure you are logged on as a Domain admin and the other PCs are part of your domain. If these are standalone machines you need to authenticate to each computer in the script as the administrator of that computer.

The best solution however is to create a .msi deployment file and deploy through GPO.

Though in all honesty we installed comic life on our ghost image here so we have not yet created a .msi deployment file.

Regards

David Rosewall Hey, just wondering if anyone has a script or an idea on how to get Comic Life out to all my PC's .. I am running a batch file, but it doesn't let me have admin rights to install... any ideas ?
