Skitch leaves plasq
The great screen capture, annotation and sharing service has all grownup, left the plasq stables and become its own fully fledged company.

For users this change will not affect you in any noticeable way - skitch.com is still the main home and some of the same people are working on it but you'll be seeing big things coming soon!

Comic Life 1.5.2 for Mac is out!
Comic Life for Mac 1.5.2 update is now available for download.

This latest free update restores OS X 10.4 Tiger compatibility that broke with the recently released 1.5.1 update.

This update contains fixes from the previously released 1.5.1, which included several Snow Leopard compatibility fixes and a couple of other minor improvements.

As always, this update is also for the Deluxe version.

Kramy The "Coloring In" template outlines can no longer be filled in - as per Doozla 1.2.

HP yes, this was a known annoyance for years in kid pix, any publisher developing apps like this for kids should make sure that borders & outlines cannot be recolored, or at least give the option to disable it in prefs
Nato Same story here. We love the program, but my daughter gets frustrated filling in some of the smaller details. And I have a Wacom Cintiq. I hope you guys can fix this in a future update. Thanks!
mister-g We had that problem yesterday. I'm evaluating Doozla as a birthday present for my daughter (she's five on Weds). She quickly learned what the "Undo" button is for!
Pete My daughter has the same problem, but she has learn to use the undo button. But it would be cool not have to use that.
Adam Darowski My daughter has been playing with Doozla for about a half hour. The one thing I wish you could control is whether or not the outlines were colorable. My daughter doesn't quite have "precision clicking" yet, so with a couple missed clicks she's got herself a sea of BRIGHT GREEEEEN.
