We are delighted to offer a beta of our upcoming Comic Life Magiq 1.0.3 update.
It has numerous stability and significant performance improvements over 1.0.2.1 - so we would love previous users to download and let us know if you come across any issues.
A free update for Comic Life Magiq is available for all users.
Identical to 1.0.2c in all but version number, which has been changed to ensure 1.0.2 users are made aware of the 1.0.2c update via the menu: Comic Life Magiq > Check for Updates...
This 1.0.2.1 update is recommended for all 1.0.2 users and fixes a serious saving issue introduced in 1.0.2 that caused images to be left out of the document.
If you're already running 1.0.2c (v10939) you can "Skip This Version".
Head to the plasq downloads page to get the 1.0.2.1 update or update from within Comic Life Magiq.

However if your host supports automatic delay compensation, this shouldn't be much of an issue.
If you need realtime operation, ...
Firstly, can you give me an example of what "automatic delay compensation" is? And how would one know that one's host has this facility?
Secondly, what do you consider "real time operation."?
I am getting slightly confused as to how WH2 is supposed to operate efficiently. I am attempting to use it between my Mac and PC with the PC acting as the effects computer, both in Ableton Live but the latency issues make it unusuable in this situation. Maybe my "host" doesn't have auto delay compensation?

No there isn't. The 32768 are used because there's almost no host which can adjust latency on the fly (believe me I tried it...). So in order to be flexible, WH2 always reports the max latency and then shifts the audio to get the really needed latency.
However if your host supports automatic delay compensation, this shouldn't be much of an issue.
If you need realtime operation, just uncheck "auto" and move the latency slider to the 0 position. At 0, Wh2 reports 0 samples latency to the host. If you select quite low buffer settings in the Wh2 instances, you can get an acceptable round-trip latency.

Hello,
Is there a way to use the "auto" latency setting in WH2, but without the huge 32768 sample latency being reported to the host?
