Comic Life Magiq 1.0.2.1 update released
A free update for Comic Life Magiq is available for all users.

Identical to 1.0.2c in all but version number, which has been changed to ensure 1.0.2 users are made aware of the 1.0.2c update via the menu: Comic Life Magiq > Check for Updates...

This 1.0.2.1 update is recommended for all 1.0.2 users and fixes a serious saving issue introduced in 1.0.2 that caused images to be left out of the document.

Adrian The receiving plugin says "host is not sending audio" I assume. This has nothing to do with the networking. It means the audio host is not sending an audio stream to the plugin and therefore it cannot process.

In some hosts you need to send empty audio to Wormhole in order to make them actually call the plugins processing. For some starting transport is enough.

To check things, maybe first try making a connection from Cubase to cubase to see that networking is ok.
brandon I am trying to do this with Cubase sx v2.0.1 and Paris 3.0 while wrappiong it in fxpansionv3.3.

I have also tried it unwrapped.

The host (cubase) seems to function and you can see the audio in and out lights blinking and it says it is sending to 127.0.0.1.

However, the receiving app says host not sending and wont connect. I also tried receiving in wavelab4 and the same thing occurs.

Can you tell what I need to do to fix this please?

thx,

Brandon
Adrian Looping is possible. However latency is a fact. When using localhost (connection to the same machine), the latency is mainly caused by how large the system buffers are. If you are running 256 sample buffers, it's easily possible to get 500 samples latency.

When using WH2s loop mode, WH2 can measure the latency of the loop and make up for it. Please try the demo!
potential user do you know the latency involved???

and can you "loop" audio in this fasion as well?

thanks!!
Adrian Absolutely!!!!

Please try the demo. Just open a WH2 in app one, click on "start", enter a name for the connection. Then open another one in app B and use the chooser to connect.
bcslaam I agree this should be a feature of WH2. For both mac and pc it would be extremely useful to have interapp streaming in one pc. Please make it so.
