Comic Life Magiq 1.0.2.1 update released
A free update for Comic Life Magiq is available for all users.

Identical to 1.0.2c in all but version number, which has been changed to ensure 1.0.2 users are made aware of the 1.0.2c update via the menu: Comic Life Magiq > Check for Updates...

This 1.0.2.1 update is recommended for all 1.0.2 users and fixes a serious saving issue introduced in 1.0.2 that caused images to be left out of the document.

If you're already running 1.0.2c (v10939) you can "Skip This Version".

Head to the plasq downloads page to get the 1.0.2.1 update or update from within Comic Life Magiq.

Kramy Also, something to take note of:

Files created on Mac using PDF or PSD files will not be able to be opened on the Windows platform - as Windows does not have native support for PDF files.
KeynoteKen Have you tried opening the file with the latest version of Comic Life on the mac, saving it, THEN trying it on the PC?
Mark Johnson Finally got around to buying the Windows version today since I work on both platforms. I opened a file saved on my Mac version today and have no graphic images in my panels. The balloons are there and the layout appears intact, it simply doesn't have any of the graphics.

I assumed the bitmap graphics were part of the file, right? Is it possible the missing graphics are due to the program being unable to load them (I copied the file from another drive and didn't think I had to move the graphic files.)

Thanks.
KeynoteKen You need to FIRST open the projects with the latest Mac version and save them as a new document (the new version saves by default to the cross platform format).

Those should open under Windows with no major issues, but if there are, be sure to post the problems here.
Juan Hi,

I'm trying the new windows version and I would like to use some of the projects I've made in Mac.

I've copied the file from the mac to the pc via an USB memory, but in Windows it appears as a folder, that the windows version doesn't recongnize.

Is there any way to open a Mac project in the windows version (the other way around works fine)

Thanks in advance
