Comic Life Magiq 1.0.2.1 update released
A free update for Comic Life Magiq is available for all users.

Identical to 1.0.2c in all but version number, which has been changed to ensure 1.0.2 users are made aware of the 1.0.2c update via the menu: Comic Life Magiq > Check for Updates...

This 1.0.2.1 update is recommended for all 1.0.2 users and fixes a serious saving issue introduced in 1.0.2 that caused images to be left out of the document.

If you're already running 1.0.2c (v10939) you can "Skip This Version".

Head to the plasq downloads page to get the 1.0.2.1 update or update from within Comic Life Magiq.

I'll give this another shot after I've finished installing on my PC.

Hi Matt, I understand your frustration completely. Make sure that both are running the same version 1.3.3 - and if problem persists please see your... uh, please send the document to us: clwinbeta@plasq.com

Kramy Hey guys. All files created on Mac and PC should be interchangeable. There are still a few cases where this might fail but we are looking at fixing this for b2.

Not sure what you mean Matt. A file created in Deluxe should open fine in Standard version. We did have issues with opening up 1.2.x files on 1.3.x -- because of some file format changes. However, we believe we have fixed most of these issues.

Perhaps this is another one of those strange blocks they have in place.

We would never put a block in place on purpose - apart from sometimes making changes that prevents opening up a file in an older version. (i.e., a file created in 1.3 will not open in 1.2 because of the major changes we made in the file system).

Are you able to .zip the file up and upload it to a website or use a program like http://www.pando.com/ to send me the file? (email: clwinbeta@plasq.com )

Thanks!
Matt Allard Remember, Comic life is already very temperamental, and refuses to open documents that were saved using the free version in the deluxe version and vice versa.

Perhaps this is another one of those strange blocks they have in place.
