Comic Life 1.5.2 for Mac is out!
Comic Life for Mac 1.5.2 update is now available for download.

This latest free update restores OS X 10.4 Tiger compatibility that broke with the recently released 1.5.1 update.

This update contains fixes from the previously released 1.5.1, which included several Snow Leopard compatibility fixes and a couple of other minor improvements.

 Dummy inst. not showing in logic - 2008/12/21 22:56 Hi, I am having problems with logic not showing the dummy instrument.
Like all AU plugins I copied the dummyinstrument.component file in Liabrary/audio/plugins/components

cant figure out the reason why logic wont show it.

tried using wh2 in an aux ch. it still shows "host not feeding.."

Any workarounds?

DummyInst contains some very old code. It is unchanged since the WormHole1 days and it is possible that it causes troubles.
It most likely won't show up in DP because it is not Intel (Universal Binary) compatible.
However, you could just use any synth-plugin instead. Bascially DummyInst is just a synth plugin not doing anything and most virtual synths won't use a lot of CPU if they are not playing any notes.
