Cranium Comics has recently launched their first four color comic, Brawn #1.
"I used Comic Life on my Mac exclusively to lay out the storyboards, then later when I created and colored all 24 pages of the issue," recounted Anthony Rezendes, the owner of Cranium Comics and co-creator of Brawn.
The comic 'Brawn' focuses on a dockworker named Sam Ross who was reborn as the hero "Brawn" after he was nearly killed in a drunk driving accident.
"Being an illustrator, it saved me quite a bit of time from having to lay all the text bubbles out manually. It made the process of actually creating the comic that much more enjoyable," Mr. Rezendes added.
We think this comic is great! So check out 'Brawn' on the Cranium Comics site or read the first 5 pages on our Comic Life gallery.
WH2 Question, before I install it - 2008/02/07 20:07WH looks very interesting, and i have a bunch of questions!
just for the record, i'm using cubase sx3.
Is it possible to take one machine and open a certain instrument on it, and then send the instrument (from his vst channel) to another machine?
if so, when i'll press play on the second machine (that recieves the signal) how will the other machine know to play it at the same time? or do i write the midi in the machine that recieves the signal and i open WH as a VSTi on that very same machine?
sorry if thats confusing, but please help. this looks pretty exciting!
Re:WH2 Question, before I install it - 2008/02/07 20:11hey its me, the same guy who posted this - where i said "..and i open WH as a VSTi on that very same machine?" i meant as a VSTi that recieves the signal from the "instrument machine" that has WH on its inserts.
Re:WH2 Question, before I install it - 2008/02/07 20:37Hi HK,
Wormhole doesn't send timecode or MIDI in any way - just audio. It's like having a reverb box somewhere (I guess that metaphor is almost past it's useful date!)
if you want to sync machines etc, then you'll need at least midi timecode to do it, and smtpe with wordclock for proper results, or an another software solution.
