This 1.0.2.1 update is recommended for all 1.0.2 users and fixes a serious saving issue introduced in 1.0.2 that caused images to be left out of the document.
If you're already running 1.0.2c (v10939) you can "Skip This Version".

I'm hoping that PSD support will follow at some point, though, cause it would make things much easier overall. This tops my wishlist... PSD support would really kick ass.
At anyrate, I thought I'd post about an odd bug i've found. After saving comics I occasionally find that when I reload them part of the added graphics vanishes. Often I get left with some pictures, most of the lettering and speech bubbles... but other than that, just black pages with the frames intact.
has happened to 3 out of four comics i've saved now and is a real pain for long term projects. I've taken to exporting as well as saving any 'finished' pages so I can at least have a jpg of the page that I know will be there when I go looking...
Speaking of exporting, having an 'overwrite' option would be nice there as well... sometimes I just want to overwrite old exported files instead of having it create another subdirectory to save them in.
Re:Comments, minor bug report - 2008/03/14 21:56As an addition, when exporting it would be VERY nice if the automatic naming format was something like :
comic_name_01.jpg
note the zero in front of the page number... this would keep the comics in order if we wanted to compress them to cbr or cbz format... because right now if there are more than 9 pages, page 10 will order itself in before page 2... not great.
Optionally, for those who REALLY have long comics 'comic_name_001.jpg' would work... though, frankly I'm not sure that level is really needed. Still, adding 2 zeros in leaves plenty of room for growth, just in case.
Re:Comments, minor bug report - 2008/03/15 08:11And as long as I'm making a list here... heh... it would be nice to be able to designate the first page as a 'cover', so if you select 'page numbering' it begins with the second page as the 'official' page 1.
In my own projects so far, the second page has always been the start of the storyline... the first page is always designated as a 'cover page', usually with full page art that really hasn't anything to do with plot development.
So being able to start page numbering from page 2 on would be useful...
Also nice, though FAR less important, would be the ability to 'suspend' numbering for designated pages, and then pick up again later, to allow for 'insert' pages... not really important, but *potentially* useful.
