Comic Life 1.5.1 OS X 10.4 Tiger users
PLEASE NOTE: Users running OS X 10.4 Tiger, and recently updated to Comic Life 1.5.1 - and are having crashing issues, please read below:

An issue has occurred with Comic Life 1.5.1 for users running OS X 10.4 Tiger where dragging images or loading documents with images is crashing the application.

For those of you that have updated, you may go back to 1.5 by downloading here.

We have now pulled the 1.5.1 update and are looking into the issue - we will release a 1.5.2 update to fix the issues as soon as we can.

We are very sorry for this issue and offer our sincerest apologies.

Comic Life Magiq 1.1 for Mac!
A Comic Life Magiq for Mac 1.1 update has now been released.

This free 1.1 upate adds the much-requested ability to import Comic Life .comicdoc files.

It also has a few more Snow Leopard compatibility fixes we missed the first time and several other minor improvements.

Please update from within Comic Life Magiq or from our downloads page.

This latest update for Comic Touch (1.2.2) (direct link to App Store) addresses several issues that popped up with the release of the latest iPhone 3.0 update.

 importing graphics into doozla - 2009/10/08 04:07 i noticed doozla apparently places 2 folders ('backgrounds' & 'coloring in') in your admin account's pictures folder on your mac in leopard. so on a whim, i though dropping images into these folders might make them available as backgrounds or coloring in choices, but apparently not so (tried 3 formats: gif, jpg, tiff)

so my question is two-fold: can you import graphics into doozla (besides the camera shots) & what are these two folders for, if not for storing your own backgrounds in. does doozla use some proprietary file format for such?
