Question about the upgrade option - 2008/07/24 09:03
Hello... hoping somebody can help me out here.
I purchased a Mac that had Tiger OS preloaded, and it came with a version of "Comic Life". At some point I decided to upgrade my OS to Leopard... however I did not choose the upgrade option but rather a fresh install. It appears that the "Comic Life" application was not included in the Leopard release (at least not the release I have).
So here is my question...
Is there any way to purchase (and make work) the "crossgrade" version of "Comic Life Magiq" without having the original application installed? If not, is there a way to install the application that may be on one of the original Tiger OS media discs that shipped with the laptop and then purchase the upgrade? If so, anybody know the proper method to go about it?
Go ahead... call me cheap... however I'm hoping to save the $15 if at all possible
Thanks in advance for any help.
Ciao,
Louie
