Suggestion: keep original image size - 2008/07/19 00:58
First off let me congratulate you guys on a delivering such a slick, easy-to-use iPhone app.
I am finding new uses for comic touch on a daily basis. My latest is using it to add my phone number to my wallpaper image. That way I can just hit the home button without unlocking to give someone my number. (since I can never remember it and it saves me from fumbling around in the address book)
When using it for this purpose I have run into the same issue another poster mentioned where panning/scaling the image changes the output image size. Also, because the aspect ratio of the main UI screen is different that the iPhone's screen there is no way to save an image the same size/ratio as the screen.
Therefore, it would be good if there was a way to use comic touch to simply annotate an existing image without changing the overall image size or resolution. (but still being able to pan in order place the text more accurately)
Thanks and keep up the good work!
