Comic Life 1.5.1 OS X 10.4 Tiger users
PLEASE NOTE: Users running OS X 10.4 Tiger, and recently updated to Comic Life 1.5.1 - and are having crashing issues, please read below:

An issue has occurred with Comic Life 1.5.1 for users running OS X 10.4 Tiger where dragging images or loading documents with images is crashing the application.

For those of you that have updated, you may go back to 1.5 by downloading here.

We have now pulled the 1.5.1 update and are looking into the issue - we will release a 1.5.2 update to fix the issues as soon as we can.

We are very sorry for this issue and offer our sincerest apologies.

Comic Life Magiq 1.1 for Mac!
A Comic Life Magiq for Mac 1.1 update has now been released.

This free 1.1 upate adds the much-requested ability to import Comic Life .comicdoc files.

It also has a few more Snow Leopard compatibility fixes we missed the first time and several other minor improvements.

Please update from within Comic Life Magiq or from our downloads page.

Comic Touch 1.2.2 Released
This latest update for Comic Touch (1.2.2) (direct link to App Store) addresses several issues that popped up with the release of the latest iPhone 3.0 update.

The update fixes UI display, photo rotation issues when going into landcape mode, and image effects display issues.

 professional implementations - 2008/12/02 20:38 Hi Mark,here we are same implementation directly inspired by Adobe products for next Comic Life:

- the"hand", the useful tool that you let's move on the page without use the scrollbars...

- the styles that apply to the text:
actually they apply only to the baloons

- the "image link" palette, where i can select a photo, and then replace it, or open in my external editor

-the side-by-side pages: people can see the 2 pages together, and create baloons with the entire vision.

I know that's difficult, but with that adding, comic Life make a step in the professional direction!

This will be coming in a future version. It is currently implemented in Comic Life Magiq for Mac only.

This is now a feature in Comic Life 1.5.

This is now a feature in Comic Life Magiq. It might be something we include in a future version of Comic Life.
