Comic Touch 1.2.2 Released
This latest update for Comic Touch (1.2.2) (direct link to App Store) addresses several issues that popped up with the release of the latest iPhone 3.0 update.

The update fixes UI display, photo rotation issues when going into landcape mode, and image effects display issues.

Please update from within iTunes or using your iPhone/iPod Touch device.

Comic Life 1.5 for Mac officially released
A Comic Life for Mac 1.5 update has officially been made available for download.

This latest free update has several exciting new features including the eagerly awaited easy-to-make Single Panel comic creations, ability to import other Comic Life documents, and the option of having referenced images to speed up open and save time.

Plus a bunch of other features and improvements. The full release notes can be viewed here.

As always, this update is also for the Deluxe version.

 Romance Comic (8 pages), free to read! - 2009/01/15 11:59 One of my favorite authors, Diana Laurence, is a huge fan of Neil Gaiman and blogged about wishing she could write something for the comic format.

I had been playing around with ComicLife and DAZ Studio for about a year, so I offered to try to be her illustrator.

After a two-page experiment that we thought worked out well, she wrote an original 8-page story set in the universe of her popular Bloodchained novel.

We're both thrilled with the results. She calls it a dream come true! She's made the entire story ("Sign of the Bloodletters") available on her website to read for free.

I hope you enjoy it!

I could not read the writing though it was too small for my eyes, sorry.
