Comic Life Magiq 1.0.2.1 update released
A free update for Comic Life Magiq is available for all users.

Identical to 1.0.2c in all but version number, which has been changed to ensure 1.0.2 users are made aware of the 1.0.2c update via the menu: Comic Life Magiq > Check for Updates...

This 1.0.2.1 update is recommended for all 1.0.2 users and fixes a serious saving issue introduced in 1.0.2 that caused images to be left out of the document.

If you're already running 1.0.2c (v10939) you can "Skip This Version".

Head to the plasq downloads page to get the 1.0.2.1 update or update from within Comic Life Magiq.

How to force quit Skitch - 2008/04/30 05:29 Skitch has frozen on me a couple times. When it does, it consumes huge amounts of memory and I really want to force it to quit. However, in the force quit dialog box there is not option for the app because it's run through my menu bar. How do I force quit Skitch without restarting my computer?

Re:How to force quit Skitch - 2008/05/01 06:11 Hi telekinekris, sorry to hear about the freezes

If you send us an email using the support page we can try to sort out the problem.

In the meantime, you can always "kill" an application but pressing alt(option)+Command+ESC.

This will bring up a little menu where you can choose a particular application to force quit. It's actually more effective than the normal 'force quit' option which is available if you right-click/ control-click the icon in the dock and choose the same option.

I hope that helps

Re:How to force quit Skitch - 2008/05/29 05:58 Right, I know how to force quit apps in general, but I run Skitch through the menu bar, so it's not considered an open app in the dock. Which also means the force quit window doesn't show that it's an running application.

As for contacting support, there's nothing to say really other than Skitch locks up sometimes. There are no errors given or anything. I'd be fine with it if I could just get it to quit and restart without having to shut down my machine.

1. Go to your Applications folder > Utilities > and open Activity Monitor.
2. Please find Skitch
3. Press Quit Process then Force Quit.
