Thank you - glad you like it! We do not have a manual - we have tried to make it as easy as possible to use. Although, if we get enough requests then we may have to create one.
1. How do I save a comic, as opposed to "Save Comic to Photos." Saving to photos seems to render the comic out as a single .jpg that can't be edited later.
You do not need to Save a Comic. Just start a new comic - the current comic is automatically saved for you.

2. How do I resize word balloons?
You can't at this stage. You just add more words and the balloon automatically stretches. Were you trying to resize for a specific reason?
3. How do I lock something down -- say a word balloon -- to the picture so when I scroll the picture, the balloon moves with it?
You can't lock anything down at this stage.
4. Is there a way to bold some of the text in a balloon?
Not yet. We hope to add that in the near future. Sorry!
