 "Camera not available" - 2008/11/21 00:14 Hi,

I have a new aluminum MacBook and I can't get the webcam feature to work. Everytime I click on 'Webcam Drawing' a message pops-up:

"Camera not available
Doozla could not find your camera. Close any other application which may be using it and try again."

But I know my iSight works fine with iChat and Photobooth. I've tried on different user accounts - it's still the same. I uninstalled and reinstalled, still no change.

Any ideas what might be the problem?

I am having the same issue on the new AluMacbook. Camera works with Skype, iChat, etc but not with Doozla. You can see the camera turn on but that is it.

Any ideas Plasq?

 Re:"Camera not available" - 2009/01/26 20:58 Have you tried restarting your computer? Have you loaded any software that would be related to the iSight's functions?

I just tried mine with the latest QuickTime 7.6 and 10.5.6 and it works ok, so perhaps there's something peculiar about your setup.

Trying different users is what I would have tried, too. Sorry it didn't work.

UPDATE: For both of you, are you both using the latest unibody machines?
