 Vista to Vista "not recebing" audio? - 2009/04/22 20:21 I just installed Wormhole and my host and slave "AFX" computer running Vista x64 Ultimate both. And I'm sure the connection (like file share etc) between them are normal.

However, in sonar 8 (both x86 version), I set up an insert wormwhole2 on both computers with direct connection (they go thru a router, port opened 48100-200).

Host displayed "sending to 192.x.x.x", but the slave displayed "the host is not feeding audio to wormhole2" on the destination track.

If I clicked the armed track "red R" button on the destination, the slave displayed "not connected".

I have followed the manual and PAQ as much as I can, but I can't make the connection work, sadly.

I remembered it worked when in the past, both machines running XP 64.

Could anyone suggest me possible solutions?

 Re:Vista to Vista "not recebing" audio? - 2009/04/23 12:45 Okay, I have tried many methods, but I finally gave up. Although I think there are people using 2 Vista machines to set up audio network, I suppose there is no solution since Plasq don't really support wormhole2 technically, I understood.

Forget about wormhole! (although I'm disappointed) I have successfully set up audio network for "effect machine" very easily by Reastream. There is a high latency in Reastream, but who's care while the job done without tons of technical setup problems!
