Cranium Comics has recently launched their first four color comic, Brawn #1.
"I used Comic Life on my Mac exclusively to lay out the storyboards, then later when I created and colored all 24 pages of the issue," recounted Anthony Rezendes, the owner of Cranium Comics and co-creator of Brawn.
The comic 'Brawn' focuses on a dockworker named Sam Ross who was reborn as the hero "Brawn" after he was nearly killed in a drunk driving accident.
"Being an illustrator, it saved me quite a bit of time from having to lay all the text bubbles out manually. It made the process of actually creating the comic that much more enjoyable," Mr. Rezendes added.
We think this comic is great! So check out 'Brawn' on the Cranium Comics site or read the first 5 pages on our Comic Life gallery.
how can sequencer start on time? - 2006/02/02 21:00hello,
i'll be very interested to get this app. my question is, if there is no midi, how can both sequencer start on time so all is rock solid? i mean, say i have sx on a mac, then my freind got a pc with sx as well we hook them together using wormhole. can i play on my mac while my friend is playing on his pc? also, how can both app start at the same time??
Re:how can sequencer start on time? - 2006/02/04 20:43sorry froggzy!
wormhole is built to move audio over networks, usually from a DAW on a computer, out to another machine and back.. it's not really built to scynronize two different DAW's on two different machines. there are some applications which will allow you to send midi over a network, but WH doesnt currently do this.
feel free to download the demo and see if it works in your situation.. were you and your friend just trying to offload some CPU or something?
Re:how can sequencer start on time? - 2006/02/12 21:31hey guys i just brought the wormhole2 i Tried all the thinks . Am using logic in both the system both r MAC one runs on panther and the other runs on tiger My question is when i play the audio from one mac it says sending to XYZ TCPIP address but in other mac it say the host is not feeding audio to Wormhole2 can you pl haelp me out
Re:how can sequencer start on time? - 2006/02/20 20:48heya kartic,
Thanks for buying wormhole.
please try this from the PAQ: Q. How can I get rid of "the host is not feeding audio to Wormhole"? A. If you have a resource saving host like Logic or DP4.5+, plugins which are not feed audio are not calculated. When using Wormhole to receive audio, this can be a problem as then you basically have a plugin which doesn't need input and still creates output. In such a case, use WH2 on another type of track, like a aux track / input track or insert some tiny instrument and use WH2 after that, to have a valid stream of audio. There is something called DummyInst just for that purpose. Get it here: http://www.apulsoft.ch/dummyinst.zip
Re:how can sequencer start on time? - 2006/02/26 03:34hi froggzy here.. well, this app would suit me if only, at least, it was starting the sequencer from the other pc/mac...
