Comic Life Magiq 1.0.2.1 update released
A free update for Comic Life Magiq is available for all users.

Identical to 1.0.2c in all but version number, which has been changed to ensure 1.0.2 users are made aware of the 1.0.2c update via the menu: Comic Life Magiq > Check for Updates...

This 1.0.2.1 update is recommended for all 1.0.2 users and fixes a serious saving issue introduced in 1.0.2 that caused images to be left out of the document.

If you're already running 1.0.2c (v10939) you can "Skip This Version".

Head to the plasq downloads page to get the 1.0.2.1 update or update from within Comic Life Magiq.

Mixer Midi mapping - 2006/06/20 16:37 Hi,

Im trying out RAX 2 demo and I think its great. I will replace my current live-setup with RAX. I have one problem though.

I have mapped several controllers from my Korg microKONTROL to my AU instruments. I also want to map controllers to the mixer, but RAX
won't "learn" incomming CC's for the mixer.

This is how i do:
Options/Mixer MIDI Map
Check Listen for MIDI CC
Move channel one fader in the mixer
Move controller on microKONTROL
Incomming CC not showing up in RAX.

I also noticed sometimes after leaving stagemode you have to move the masterfader to get audio output.

My setup:
iBook G4 1,33MHz, 768 mb RAM, Built-in audio(for now)
Korg microKONTROL + FATAR SL-161
A bunch of AU's

Thanks for a great app!

Re:Mixer Midi mapping - 2006/07/07 15:30 "I also noticed sometimes after leaving stagemode you have to move the masterfader to get audio output."

I've logged that bug now and we'll look into it - sometimes they're hard to find so I can't specify a timeframe unfortunately.

As for mapping, we'll look into that and get back asap. certainly something unusual happening there.

Re:Mixer Midi mapping - 2006/07/12 10:31 I have been having the same problems with Mapping MIDI controllers to the mixer. I just bought RAX anyway as it fits my needs very well but his is a feature I would really like to use.
