Feature requests - 2006/07/12 20:37 I just bought RAX after demoing for a couple of weeks. I am using it to rack my non intel-ready VIs on my PPC powerbook while running live on a Macbook. It works very well for this but there are a few features I would like to see: hence this thread!

1. I would like to associate a mixer fader with a controller and Channel - so that say CC 11 on CH1 is distinguished between CC 11 on CH 2.

[This is how Live works and it is very very useful for live performing multiple VIs with one controller - map one knob or fader for volume for all synths and have the CH distinguish between them.]

2. I would like to be able to customize the window a bit better: dragging the FX section up farther so I have more screen for the mixer section for example, picking what elements to display on each channel, and removing non used faders are some more examples.

3. Multiple outs would be nice!

4. Faders to grab/mouse on the "on stage" view in case of emergency.

Great software... thanks!

Re:Feature requests - 2006/09/22 12:48 I would buy it right away if only multiple outs were available.

I agree!

can you make the left panel collapsable ala iTunes to make more rack space?

I love RAX's simplicity as a host!

thanks

Re:Feature requests - 2006/12/11 01:29 Here is my feature wish list:

1. Recognition of midi tempo changes.

2.the ability to start and stop songs in onstage. this can be necessary sometimes, and there is no quick access to even fade the volume down without using the panic function and fading the master down. You can't even panic back and stop the midi file on the song side of things

3.The option in the onstage portion to have auto play either in set sequence, or a shuffle mode, and still working the way it currently works too.
