Not that long ago, in a galaxy not that far away, we released an update to Pharos IV: Assault!
This 1.1 updates unleashes computer assisted torpedo targeting for greater accuracy, resumption from highest level attained - no more starting over from level 1 - and fixed the stutter issue that affected iPhone 3.0 users.
Update is for both iPhone/iPod Touch and Pharos IV: Assault and Pharos IV: Assault Lite versions.
This latest update for Comic Touch (1.2.2) (direct link to App Store) addresses several issues that popped up with the release of the latest iPhone 3.0 update.
The update fixes UI display, photo rotation issues when going into landcape mode, and image effects display issues.
Please update from within iTunes or using your iPhone/iPod Touch device.

Re:Download Comic Life Windows beta 2 - 2007/07/02 14:27Thanks Kramy - I'll give it another try in a minute.
Overall I'm really impressed with the 2nd Beta. It still hasn't crashed at all and the resizing and moving of bubbles etc is much smoother. I can get my pages to export as jpegs now, albeit very slowly, but I guess that's because the files are so large (about 6 MB for 2 pages)
I've thought of 2 things:
I'd like to be able sometimes to put 2 images into one box. I've tried it, but the second one just seems to replace the first. So I have to compose and save the images in PaintShop Pro first.
Also, my .gif image files that I'm using at the moment have transparent backgrounds, but when I put them into Comic Strip the backgrounds come out white. I'd like to be able to use the coloured backgrounds that are available but can't because I get this white box.
