Comic Life for Windows and Comic Life for Mac have both been recently updated.

You may find the release notes for Comic Life for Windows (1.3.6) here and Comic Life for Mac (1.4.3) here.

This update is also for the Deluxe version.

Please download from within Comic Life or from our downloads page.

Comic Life Magiq 1.0.3 Beta released
We are delighted to offer a beta of our upcoming Comic Life Magiq 1.0.3 update.

It has numerous stability and significant performance improvements over 1.0.2.1 - so we would love previous users to download and let us know if you come across any issues.

Comic Life Magiq 1.0.2.1 update released
A free update for Comic Life Magiq is available for all users.

Identical to 1.0.2c in all but version number, which has been changed to ensure 1.0.2 users are made aware of the 1.0.2c update via the menu: Comic Life Magiq > Check for Updates...

This 1.0.2.1 update is recommended for all 1.0.2 users and fixes a serious saving issue introduced in 1.0.2 that caused images to be left out of the document.

If you're already running 1.0.2c (v10939) you can "Skip This Version".

Head to the plasq downloads page to get the 1.0.2.1 update or update from within Comic Life Magiq.

 Effects with Wormhole - 2007/07/26 00:08 I am a bit confused on the insert loop function. Does that allow you to use insert effects from one application, and use them on an audio track in another.

I am using Logic on one machine, and Ableton on another. I would like to use some of the Ableton effects in Logic. Can I use the insert loop function to achieve this?

If not can some one explain in more detail to me on the insert loop in comparison to the manual, because I cannot seem to get it to work the way they describe it.

Yes, the Insert function lets you use multiple applications on multiple machines, or a single machine as FX processesors for your primary DAW.

Your results may vary on a single machine, depending on a number of complex CPU, networking etc factors.

With an Insert Loop style setup, you are actually running 3 wormhole plugins to achieve this.

It's easy to forget in DAWs which floating window applies to which plugin - so make sure you check this when setting up.
