Cranium Comics has recently launched their first four color comic, Brawn #1.
"I used Comic Life on my Mac exclusively to lay out the storyboards, then later when I created and colored all 24 pages of the issue," recounted Anthony Rezendes, the owner of Cranium Comics and co-creator of Brawn.
The comic 'Brawn' focuses on a dockworker named Sam Ross who was reborn as the hero "Brawn" after he was nearly killed in a drunk driving accident.
"Being an illustrator, it saved me quite a bit of time from having to lay all the text bubbles out manually. It made the process of actually creating the comic that much more enjoyable," Mr. Rezendes added.

This 1.3.5 update changes where default temp files are saved, to reflect the recommended guidelines; resolving some issues affecting some schools. This update also includes several other fixes.
This is a free update for all users and can be downloaded from our Downloads page.

There was the following limitation in Logic Express 7, but we are not sure if it still applies to LE 8 (as we do not have access to LE 8 and therefore have not tried it:
"Because Logic Express can't send MIDI to effects and has no sidechain to send audio to instruments, it can't be used as a host for Musolomo"
Have you tried Musolomo in LE 8? Do you own LE 8?

Musolomo -> Logic Pro 8 & Mainstage - 2008/02/12 05:41Hello i'm Logic Pro User and i test tonight to use musolomo with logic Pr 8.0.1 and Mainstage... Sorry for this but Musolomo Doesn't work I cannot see in AudioUnit Validator So have you any more information about How to work with Logic Studio...
Re:Musolomo -> Logic Pro 8 & Mainstage - 2008/02/27 23:43Musolomo is not showing up in AU validator, because you are probably using a PPC version, not Universal Binary version.
You cannot use a PPC plug in on an Intel aplication.

I needed a soft sampler, but this does so much more - so firstly, thanks plasq guys, nice work. secondly, i'm using it in Logic Express 7, and it works fine, so I don't understand the response that it couldn't be used (still have no idea if it would work with LE 8, but I can't see why not). To test it out, i downloaded midi keys (http://www.manyetas.com/creed/midikeys.html), rather than setting up my midi keyboard (laziness? yes)
