It should work, basically there's no reason why it shouldn't. However, to set up the parallels networking to work with that it can be complicated.
Parallels needs to run in networking mode for this to work.
If you check out the parallels forum, people are having really hard times establishing networks to their parallels machines... it needs superior networking knowledge as you have to create an independent sub-network on your machine and then do internet sharing to connect to anywhere else.
So unfortunately, it is not a simple YES or NO answer. In theory it should work, but I would suggest you download Wormhole2 and give it a try and see if it works for you.
