You know those Diet Coke and Mentos videos – where a Mentos placed inside a Diet Coke causes a massive “Mentos eruption“?
It turns out that the people behind Eepybird.com and the classic “Experiment #137” as seen on The Late Show with David Letterman, now have a new way to document their fun – Comic Life!
Comic Life 1.3.1 released

Come see us at Macworld, booth S2637
For most of us, this is the first time we have met in person, despite releasing oodles of software together. So what better way to celebrate this gathering than with… a software release!

Everyone here at plasq would like to thank you for your support, love and emails and wish you a very peaceful New Year.
Comic Life 1.3 beta 3 released
The latest (and probable final) beta of Comic Life 1.3 has several notable changes.
DJ David ‘comicfies’ site!
DJ David Chong has recently launched his new website. He has used Comic Life to create many different graphical elements; the panels, lettering, effects to the images and captions resulting in a cool and unique site!
Slick tutorial using Comic Life
Over at neotericnoise.com, Jason has put together a slick looking tutorial for Ableton Live 6 using Comic Life. Check it out!
mmmm, truffles…
The Amateur Gourmet caused quite a wave with his comic blog post about a Truffle tasting feast.
G.EEK HAPPENS: a new comic strip!
Launched just over 6 weeks ago, “G.EEK HAPPENS” is a fantastic new web comic that follows the adventures of George Eek and Peter Ebkac.
One is a Geek; the other is a PEBKAC.
The site currently has English, German, Italian and Russian translations. One of the exciting things – from our perspective – is that they are using Comic Life to put it all together.
Creativity spirits abound!
Happy All-hallow-even! It is that time of year again when the creativity spirits come in contact with our loyal Comic Life users and spew forth mountains of creative content!
