Please allow me to introduce you to Frederick.

Frederick Sarran

Frederick Sarran is a student for a Master in Autism, a cyclist, a tech enthusiast, and he has a plan to wrap all of those things into one fundraising effort. Frederick works with Balnagask Court, a complex for Adults with Learning Disabilities (ALD) and Mental Health issues. When talking about Balnagask it’s clear that their mission comes from the heart, “Our aim is to enrich the lives of our Service Users by promoting social inclusion by means of outings and activities: Arts and Crafts can be therapeutic, fun and encourage both, team and confidence building. Music is a universal language that we all understand thus enhancing the social aspect of their lives. The sense of wellbeing these activities give is colossal.”

Frederick believes in the goal of Balnagask Court so much that he is venturing out on a fundraising campaign, Cycling to Support ALD, that will take him on an 11 day, 450 mile journey through Scotland this August.
