With the recent release of Mountain Lion (OS X 10.8) we have released a Comic Life 2.2.3 update which is now Mountain Lion compatible.

(Also compatible with Mac OS X 10.4.11, 10.5.6+, 10.6+ and 10.7+)

 

Due to an incompatibility with the buit-in upgrader in the previous version, you may need to manually download the update from here.
